CONSTRUCTION

A good foundation starts with proper excavation.  We use the right equipment for the right job. That means a fast and efficient dig to get your home started quickly.

Exact measurements are taken prior to poring the cement footing. Remember "Measure twice, dig once".

Pouring concrete footings are done by remote control using a conveyor system.  Our foundations include a ten year warranty against cracking and settling.

Spancrete brand, precast, prestressed concrete Hollowcore plank floor is positioned for a 3-season room.

Carpenters nailing first floor decking. All Heartstone home include TGI engineered joist systems, 3/4" tong and groove Douglas fir plywood that is glued, nailed then screwed to prevent floor creaking.
